Literally Chasin' Chase

I do apologize for the lack of posts lately! We have been quite busy over here at the Brinks household! In fact, we are now a "household" because we bought a house!!! We moved in the first weekend of May and have been settling in ever since. Boxes have all been unpacked, but the house is far from being decorated and filled, we are in no rush to do that, however.
I have also started a new position at work and am working the day shift for the next two months, things are anything but "normal" around here! Pictures of the house will have to come at a later date, I know, I'm sorry but we'll talk about first things first.
Chase is CRAWLING!!! And even now he is starting to "cruise" alongside furniture. Crawling started April 27, just shy of his 8 month birthday. We were pretty excited to see him finally move on all fours because he had been trying to do that for a few weeks. We just had to make sure to have a better eye on him because Grandma P's house isn't so "child-friendly" in some areas! Now that he is crawling, he has lost all interest in his toys and goes towards the things that look a lot more interesting, like lamp cords and outlets. Don't worry, at least those were all covered! All in all, he is changing everyday and becoming more like a little boy instead of a baby. :(
