My Point of View

Hi Everyone,

I'm Chase.

I'm the son of two people called "Hun" and "Babe."

Hun is my early favorite - Hun is the one that feeds me every two to three hours. In addition to doing that around the clock, Hun also changes my diapers, gives me baths, and holds me until I fall asleep. Hun also smells good, all of the time, morning, noon, and nite! I'm just guessing here, but I think Hun may take care of babies for a living - Hun is so good at taking care of me!

Babe is Hun's BFF. When they need me to wake up before I eat, Babe holds me because it's a sure bet that I'll wake up. Babe changed a lot of my diapers early on, even the really gross meconium ones, but now Hun changes them a lot more. I do this really funny thing when Babe changes my diapers - I constantly kick my legs back and forth, I get such a kick (pun intended) out of watching Babe trying to change my diapers while I don't sit still! Babe likes to kiss me a lot too, but I usually end up fussing because something on Babe's face scratches my soft, sensitive skin.

When I was born, my eyes were a dark gray, but they are gradually turning to dark blue. I'm gaining weight too, over 9 pounds now! Babe didn't think my length (20 inches) was right when I was first measured. So, when I was in bed one afternoon, Babe did this while I was asleep...

I don't like having my body scrubbed, but I really enjoy it when Babe & Hun wash my hair.
