Chase did awesome during the whole service and did mommy and daddy proud by sleeping the whole time, even when water was being poured on his head!! We couldn't have asked for a better baby! (Mommy is going to expect that every Sunday! ;) )

A blog about me, Chase Cannon and my brother, Riley James. It's the story of us for our family and friends, or rather our parent's families and our parent's friends, because they live near and far. It is generally written by our Mom and Dad, but from time to time, we will sneak a post in from our perspective.

Baptism
September 25, 2011, Chase Cannon Brinks was baptized by Pastor Brian Tallman at New Life Presbyterian Church. Chase was joined by very special people, including Grandma Patterson, Auntie Rachel, Auntie Anisa, Uncle Mark, Auntie Michelle, Uncle Joe, Tracy, and Audrey B. We were very happy to have those people witness something so special in Chase's life. Being baptized is a sign that Chase is a Covenant child and we, as parents and those around him, have the responsibility of bringing him up knowing the Lord and teaching him how to glorify and honor God in everything that he does. What a great responsibility we have!!

Congrats to Chase and his family ! Anna, you look beyond fantastic! Are you sure you are the mother of this baby?? :)
It was a WONDERFUL day/celebration!
What a great day! Love you all!
Look at the pastor's grip...it looks like he was a RB at one time!
Chase was kind of wiggly while our pastor was pouring water, apparently some people in the congregation were worried he was going to slip!
