It's a good thing that I don't "blog" for a living and am not dealing with any deadlines, because I would fail miserably at it!
The boys have been keeping me 1) busy and 2) unable to get to the computer without them being asleep in their cribs. If Chase sees me at the computer or better yet, the computer on, it is all over. A youtube video of trains or garbage trucks will need to be played, over and over again. :)
Chase is, however, keeping us on our toes and doesn't go too long without saying something that makes Jim or myself smile and laugh. His new phrase is "oookay mommy" with a smirk. I wish I had video of it, it is pretty darn cute! He is learning new words and phrases everyday and it ceases to amaze me how quickly he catches on! But with that he is also a stubborn 2 year old and our current struggle is getting him to eat what we are eating. We are working on it, but it is one phase that I will be glad to be over with (for the time being!).
Riley is definitely a sweet, smiley baby... when I am not around... but a sweet, smiley baby in my arms, when I am. :) He is so very close to crawling but right now gets around great rolling and doing the army crawl. He loves to babble, put everything in his mouth, play with things that he shouldn't be playing with and throws a fit when something is taken away from him! He keeps us moving as he is pretty fast getting places!
Enjoy the pictures as they show a glimpse of what we have been up to the past few weeks!! (videos will have to come at a later date since Jim knows how to do that better than me!!)
