Chase's adventures

The Wild Animal Park gets more fun each time we go as Chase begins to recognize the animals.  The giraffes are by far his favorite as he says "gaf" over and over again until we see them.

The lioness (whom I call Nala) was pacing back and forth along the glass this time, much more exciting than their usual "playing dead" routine.

The 30 minute tram ride is just a little long for a two year old (snacks can only last so long), so he decided to lay down for the final 5 minutes of the ride.

Chase is extremely helpful around the house.  He'll fetch diapers and burp cloths if needed, close doors, pickup toys, etc.  He even goes out of his way to  entertain his little brother.

And in some ways, he's not so helpful...he decided he didn't like our shoes on the shoe-shelves, but rather he thought it would be more feng shui in front of the vanity.

Looks like you have a busy two year old on your hands! Give him a kiss from me!

Watch out...that train ride can pass some risky displays sometime...as Rebekah and I once awkwardly found out! After all, there is no controlling what animals will do in "the wild".

What a fun place to be able to go regularly.
On the shoes...well maybe you can make a game of matching the shoes:-)

We tried to make a game if it but that only lasted with a few pairs. I think he got overwhelmed!! :)
