Raise your hand if these past two months have flown by for you too! It has been a two months filled with a lot of things for our family. First of all, and most obvious, Riley was born. Grandma Brinks came to visit. I was diagnosed with Post Pardum Depression (thankfully I caught it early and am doing A LOT better!!). Grandma Patterson came to stay with us for a few weeks. Auntie Rebekah and cousins came to visit for the whole month (we are going to miss them A LOT when they go back home!!). Auntie Rachel came to visit. Riley was baptized. A lot of time in the pool. Lots of play time with cousins and friends and a lot of hanging out as a family of four. Even though we have been busy, we have often reminded ourselves how very blessed we are!!
An update on Riley: He had his appointment today and is doing well as far as milestones and developement. He was such a happy boy during the assessment and only cried after shots... but who wouldn't?!?!?
Weight: 12 lbs 7 oz (52%)
Height: 23 inches (48%)
Head circ: 15.75 inches (76%)
I had actually thought that he was going to be bigger than
Chase at this point, but the numbers proved me wrong.
Riley definitely looks like Daddy, and is getting cuter and cuter everyday. Here are the pictures to prove. :)

I didn't know boys could have Post Pardum Depression...since this is written by Chase in 1st person :).
